What if Southeast DC residents had a direct say in the decisions and resources that shape our communities? Join PACA for an afternoon of community input and decision-making. Participants will review three proposed community projects and their budgets, discuss possible changes, and vote on which project will receive community funding and support. The townhall is on Sunday, September 27, from 12 to 3:30pm at the R.I.S.E Demonstration Center.
