Join us on May 17th at 10:30 am to discuss financial and regulatory concepts that are key to your building’s long term success. We will discuss the difference between long term asset management and property management, what goes into formulating an annual budget, and how to plan for staying in compliance with any requirements put in place by lenders or city funding.

This training will:

  • Explain the concept of Asset Management and how it relates to Property Management

  • Define the roles of Property Managers, Asset Managers, and Board Members in executing an asset management plan

  • Review sample annual budgets

  • Describe how to plan ahead financially

  • Identify common compliance issues, who is responsible for non-compliance, and how to create a compliance schedule and budget
