Join the SURJ-DC Trans and Queer Working Group this Sunday for wheatpasting, a picnic, and a harm reduction supplies packing party for HIPS!

What: The SURJ-DC Trans and Queer Working Group is supporting HIPS and DecrimPovertyDC this Spring with wheatpasting, socializing, kit packing, and a picnic. Bring water and an easy-to-carry snack to share during the social (if able). 

When: Sunday, April 14th | 1:00-4:00

Where: Meet at the Mount Pleasant Library [3160 16th St NW] for wheatpasting. 

Lia will teach the group how to wheatpaste and provide a few routes. All routes lead to Malcolm X Park where the picnic and packing begins! You're welcome to join for one of both parts of the afternoon. 

Open to anyone who is interested to support DecrimPovertyDC, HIPS, and or be in community with the SURJDC TQWG.
